It is a trip that has two major advantages: we discover a panoramic view to the summit which is also one of the most beautiful crossings of the GR 20.

- Duration: 5 hours of Prugna Summit, 3 pm 30 per return, Quenza elevation of the summit is 1 300 meters.

- Material: IGN map 1 / 25, 000th, 42.53 (Zicavo E and W), compass and altimeter.

- Level of difficulty: fairly easy and well marked from spring to autumn, a tour that is reserved for experienced hikers come winter!

- Route: from Quenza, take direction Prugna then attack the climb to the refuge of Asinao (1 530 meters), then take the trail marked the GR 20. Note also that it is possible to go through the Bocca d'Asinao and Punta Tintennaja; this alternative route is slightly longer and more difficult.
